1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and bdok6 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdok6 website, mobile browser experience, and all associated services offered through bdok6.app. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered players, and any person who browses or interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of bdok6, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of bdok6 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each condition listed below.

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdok6 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders across all products and services offered through the Platform.
• You are accessing bdok6 voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only and are not acting on behalf of any third party or in connection with any commercial gambling operation.
• You have not previously been excluded from any online gambling platform nor identified as a problem gambler by any regulatory or self-exclusion scheme applicable to bdok6.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using funds that legally belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• You understand that online betting and casino gaming involve financial risk and you accept that all confirmed wagers are final and any losses are your sole financial responsibility.

3. Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of services on bdok6 you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bdok6 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created using alternative mobile numbers or identity documents — violate these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

One Account Per Player

bdok6 actively monitors for duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are identified, bdok6 may suspend all associated accounts, cancel pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation. Players found operating multiple accounts will be permanently banned from the Platform.

KYC Verification

bdok6 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Proof of ownership of the mobile number or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdok6 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's native mobile money platforms and selected domestic banking institutions. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are submitting are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful source. The minimum deposit is ৳500. bdok6 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; any fees applied by the payment provider are outside bdok6's control.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are credited to your bdok6 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable timeframe, contact bdok6 support before initiating a second attempt. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment providers may apply their own per-transaction limits independent of bdok6's platform limits.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through your bdok6 account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. bdok6 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Average withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes. Processing may take longer during periods of high demand, platform maintenance, or pending KYC review.
• bdok6 does not charge any fee on withdrawals. Any fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside bdok6's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdok6 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by bdok6 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly in that bonus's specific terms at the time of opt-in. You must complete the full wagering requirement within the bonus validity period; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

bdok6 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of associated bonuses, account suspension, and may lead to permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or hedging abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or to complete wagering requirements
• Colluding with other players to systematically exploit bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bdok6 are final once confirmed by the Platform. By placing a bet you accept the odds or game conditions displayed at the time of placement and acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine or live dealer studio in accordance with the rules of each respective game or market.

Sports Betting

bdok6 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh national team), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bdok6 will apply the void and settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport at the time of the event. In-play markets may be suspended without notice during a match in the event of technical issues or data provider requirements.

Casino and RNG Games

Casino games — including live dealer games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios, RNG slot titles from Pragmatic Play and other certified providers, and crash games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as defined by the respective game studio. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino session or RNG game round, the hand, spin, or round will be declared void and any stake returned to the player's wallet.

• Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed fault may be voided by bdok6 at its sole discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Winnings derived from bets placed using fraudulently obtained funds or from accounts operating in violation of these Terms are not considered valid and will not be paid out.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdok6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools to help players maintain healthy gaming habits. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be accessed directly from the account dashboard.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your bdok6 wallet.
• Session time reminders — configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been actively logged in and playing for a specified period.
• Time-out — temporarily suspend your bdok6 account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your bdok6 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible once confirmed and bdok6 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from re-registering.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bdok6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdok6
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Use of the Platform in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players, bdok6 staff, or the integrity of the Platform itself

Upon permanent account closure initiated by bdok6 for cause, any remaining balance legitimately accrued through normal play (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from play in breach of these Terms) will be reviewed and, where eligible, returned to the account holder via the most recent verified payment method on record.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on bdok6 — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and the bdok6 brand itself — is the property of bdok6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bdok6's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, mirroring, or reproducing any portion of the Platform without express written consent — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdok6 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, connectivity issues, or Force Majeure events beyond bdok6's reasonable control.

bdok6 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability. bdok6 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as reasonably practicable and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

bdok6 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will be used for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support. bdok6 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 12. Amendments to These Terms

bdok6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any amended version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly and to familiarise yourself with the current version of the Terms before using the Platform.

Your continued use of bdok6 following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact customer support to request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bdok6's operations. In the event of any dispute arising between you and bdok6 in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact bdok6 customer support to seek an informal resolution. bdok6 aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. bdok6 does not waive any rights or defences available to it under applicable law, and nothing in this clause shall be construed as an admission of liability by bdok6 in respect of any claim.
